Hi, I recently purchased a KB37 and noticed that when I use it, every two minutes or so, the sound coming out of my speakers sort of starts skipping or just stops for a few seconds. It also does this while I'm recording. We don't hear the skipping when I play back what I recorded but it's missing some pieces, like if someone pressed stop and then record while I was recording because there are no empty gaps in the track. Any ideas on how to stop it from doing this? It's becoming a real inconvenience when recording.
