The only thing I can really suggest that will insure that you always play GREAT METAL is a plentiful supply of beer...In terms of metal, is is expected that one tithe at least 40% of thier income for beer...the rest is usually for guitar gear until you meet that chick with the magic vajayjay...

i guess i'm an old ******* metal head now. W.A.S.P. was my gateway band. like weed gets ya to heroin wasp got me started. i saw my first metal video. blackie was evil as **** looking w/his saw blades and the music was heavier than anything this 13 yr old kid in '84 -'85 (something like that) had ever heard. hooked me right there. been dependent on the **** for the last 26yrs now. i've been doing **** like kreator, slayer, obituary, iced earth, testament, cage, savatage, and the best of all king diamond/mercyful fate. went from smoking a little wasp on the weekends to main-lining napalm death just to feel normal.

Hey guys, great-looking group here. I'm unashamedly in love with classic, old-school 80's metal and anything that sounds like it; Maiden, Priest, Hammerfall, Barren Cross, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Quiet Riot, Stryper, Sacred Warrior, Theocracy, Blind Guardian, etc.

As for my own band, we play what we call Progressive 80's Power Metal, and we call ourselves Solemn Company. I may post some of our mp3s once we get some recording done.
