Vetta II Hd wont save

Hello.

Yesterday I went to make a new preset on my Vetta II HD. When I pressed the save button, it read that it saved but when I turn the amp off or switch user presets the new preset is not there.

Someone told me that I might have to change a batterie on the board?

(and yes it is on "user" mode not "factory")

Yes, it sounds like the battery will require replacement internally!

    What he said.

It takes a standard CR2430 / BR2325 or equivalent 3V lithium coin cell type that is avaliable at many hardware stores, Radio Shack, etc.

It's not hard to do but the amp does need to be taken apart to access the battery which is on the main printed circuit board.

Luckly it should go for another 5 years or so before needing replacement.
