missing JTV allen wrench set

okay, i picked up a used JTV-69 at Musicians Friend and everything was there except for the hex wrench set. this would not be
a big deal if the wrenches used for the 2 screws at the front of the bridge, and the tremolo bar housing weren't sizes i have in
my pretty big metric and SAE kits. " MF " told me to contact Line 6.
was ON HOLD today with Line 6 Support (818-575-3600) for over 35 minutes without ever talking to a human. i also filled out
a Support Ticket here, but not sure what the response time is.
any idea of a quick way to get the 6 wrench kit that comes with the guitar? in the meantime, i can't adjust the bridge or the whammy
bar.
i don't mind paying for it...just need it.
thank you.
If you don't mind paying, I would just go to the local hardware store and pick up a set.
i wish it was as simple as that. as mentioned in the original post, i have a good sized SAE and metric set, neither of which have the correct sizes.
none of the hardware stores here sell individual wrenches, just sets like i already have.
it would help to actually know what the 6 exact wrench sizes are for the JTV-69.
yeah, i don't mind paying, but it's ridiculous to shell out 30.00+ for a set when i just need one wrench .
Always try the Dollar Store first. Things are much cheaper there than at the hardware store. I've bought a sizable set of allen wrenches for about $1.50.
a couple of weeks passed and i never heard anything from Line 6 about the hex wrench set for the JTV-69, and then it showed up in my mailbox..
thanks! in the meantime, i did a little research ...this may be useful if you're missing one or all wrenches...
1 - 1.5mm hex tremolo bar shaft adjustment
1 - 4mm hex truss rod adjustment
1 - 5/64" hex end of bridge, to adjust intonation of six screws
1 - 7/64" hex front of bridge, to adjust height of two screws
1 - 3/32" hex ?
1- 0.050" hex to adjust 12 individual bridge saddles
i think the guitar originally came with 6 wrenches..not sure what the mystery 3/32" wrench is for....

Did you happen to find any of these in the dollar store wrench sets?
Congrats on getting the wrench. While Line 6 are to be commended for sending it promptly, it again underlines their inability to communicate with their customers. What is the point of leaving you to think that they are not paying attention to you for a couple of weeks when all they needed to do was fire off a quick e-mail of acknowledgement so that you could have spent those 2 weeks feeling good about their customer service? Line 6 really needs to shape up in this regards. Their constant silence on everything is really rather unforgiveable... even though they actually did the right thing in sending you the wrench.
i ended up going to 3 different small hardware stores to find all the wrenches that i needed, except for the .050 wrench (bridge saddles) . i had
one from another guitar.
yes, it would have been nice to be acknowledged after i originally opened a support ticket.
